South West College

Omagh College is an autonomous organization established under the Further Education (Northern Ireland) Order 1997 to advance the quality of personal, social and economic life in its community.

The College’s Mission Statement is: “Through education & training, to advance the quality of personal, social and economic life for all sections of our community”.

South West College has a dedicated Project & Business Support Unit that manages the delivery of a range of programmes to support economic development in the region. In 2004 the team were involved in managing and distributing in excess of £3 million of funding on some twenty-five programmes.
