Finlombarda S.p.A. is the financial company of the Lombardy Region (Italy) founded in 1971, in 2001 incorporate Finlombarda SGR and in 2004 have been incorporated by Lombardy Region . It supports the economical, social and territorial development of the region, promoting profitable initiatives according to the regional strategy.

In the Public Finance sector, Finlombarda provides financial, legal assistance and financial management services to Lombardy Region and other entities in planning and implementing development programs, working closely with the manufacturing and financial sectors, local governments  and international organizations.
